Chief technologist

The chief technologist service department is a structural subdivision of the “Casting and Mechanical Plant” that develops and implements the necessary technological processes in production. Specialists and heads of the department have considerable experience in the field of mechanical engineering. The department has the following structural units: machining bureau, metal technology bureau and casting technology bureau, as well as a welding engineer.

Each of the bureaus performs separate functions that form a complex aimed at ensuring the continuous operation of the enterprise. Specialists of the technological service department will always be able to help you develop technological processes for the production of workpieces from pressed-out forging, casting and mechanical processing, heat treatment of parts and assemblies of various forms of complexity from steel, cast iron, non-ferrous alloys. During the development of technological processes, the calculation of components for the production of casting workpieces, the search for the necessary tools and equipment, and the selection of welding materials are carried out. Technologies are being developed both for manufacturing and for repairing parts.
